At DNR Enterprises Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. All installations are completed using trusted manufacturers and proven materials to ensure long-term performance and reliability.

AUTOMATION SYSTEM WARRANTY

All automated gate systems and operators are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

POWDER COATING WARRANTY

All powder-coated components are covered by a 10-year warranty against peeling, blistering, and excessive fading under normal environmental conditions.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

The gate and structural framework are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by impact, accidents, vandalism, or misuse
Environmental or weather-related damage
Normal wear and tear
Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS & CONDITIONS

Warranties may be void if:

The system is not used or maintained as intended
Electrical supply issues, improper installation by others, or unauthorized modifications occur
Damage results from acts of nature, including but not limited to flooding, extreme wind, or ground movement

SERVICE AREA

Warranty service is provided throughout Calgary and surrounding areas, including but not limited to DeWinton, Okotoks, High River, Foothills County, Chestermere, Airdrie, and Cochrane. Service availability may vary by location.
